The 2026 40 Days for Life Spring campaign will run from February 18th - March 29th. This is an internationally coordinated 40-day campaign that aims to end abortion locally through prayer and fasting, community outreach, and a peaceful, prayerful presence in front of abortion businesses.- This year's Kickoff event will be held on Sunday, February 15th at 4pm at Our Lady of Fatima Church Hall, 1250 State Route 32, Wallkill, NY 12589. There will be speakers and refreshments.
- There will also be a special pro-life Mass (just before the kickoff event) on Sunday, February 15th at 3pm at Our Lady of Fatima Church, 1250 State Route 32, Wallkill, NY 12589. All are welcome and encouraged to attend!

Revival, A Grieving Mother’s Retreat is an overnight weekend retreat that will be hosted by Red Bird Ministries for mothers grieving the loss of a child through miscarriage and stillbirth, or as an infant. This retreat offers space for prayer, connection, emotional healing, and spiritual renewal alongside other mothers who understand this type of sorrow. A Pilgrimage with Fr. Matt
Fr. Matthew MacDonald, Pastoral Administrator of St. Joseph’s Church in Millbrook, New York and former parochial vicar here at St. Mary-St. Columba Parish, will be leading a pilgrimage to Fatima, Portugal, and Carmelite Spain - the sites connected to St. John of the Cross and St. Teresa of Avila - with Fr. Justin Cinnante, OCarm, and Queen of Peace Prayer Group from Sunday, June 21, to Saturday, July 4, 2026. The cost of the pilgrimage, including a round-trip flight from JFK, is $6,900. This pilgrimage is open to anyone who wishes to travel with us. It includes all hotel and travel accommodations, breakfast and dinner every day, daily mass, spiritual direction/confession, and guided tours. Help Catholic Charities feed our neighbors in need. Catholic Charities operates three client-choice food pantries - one each in Orange (Newburgh), Sullivan (Monticello), and Ulster (Kingston) Counties. A few extra hands are needed to help staff with sorting and organizing, stocking shelves, assisting guests, and other tasks that go along with feeding our hungry neighbors. Each pantry has regular weekly hours. For more information, or to volunteer, contact the pantry directly.
