First Friday Exposition and Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament will be

held on Friday, October 2nd, from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. All are welcome to

come and spend an hour with Jesus.

The annual Blessing of Pets will be held on Saturday, October 3rd, at 12

noon. All pets must be properly restrained.

The Mass Book of Intentions for January through June 2027 will open

on Tuesday, October 7, at 9 a.m. in the Parish office.

October is Respect Life Month. Please take an empty baby bottle from

the bassinet in the atrium and fill it with spare change during October,

saying a prayer for life as you drop in your change. Once full, please

return to the parish office or any usher.

It’s time to plan your spring garden! The Apostleship of Prayer Ministry

is having its annual fall bulb sale now through October 15. Please see

flocknote or the parish website for more information and links to order

online.

The Knights of Columbus are hosting an Italian Dinner on Saturday,

October 10, with two seatings at 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. Reservations are

required - please sign up through the link on Flocknote or contact the

parish office.

St. Stephen’s will hold a Blood Drive on Sunday, October 11, from 8

a.m. to 2 p.m. Appointments are recommended, walk-ins are

welcome. There is a critical need for blood in our area, please consider

giving the gift of life.

Money donated to the Poor Box this weekend will benefit the

Beacon of Light Pregnancy Support Center in Middletown. Thank

you for your generous support.

A Food Truck Festival in support of St. Joseph Church in Florida

and St. Stanislas Church in Pine Island will be held on Saturday,

September 26, from 12 noon to 6 p.m. at the Polish Legion of

American Veterans pavilion in Pine Island. There will be games,

raffles, live entertainment and a Touch-a-Truck event for kids.

Admission is $5, children under 10 are free. Please see the

The annual Blue Mass in honor of all Law Enforcement and First

Responders will take place on Sunday, September 27 at 9 a.m.

Sunday, after the 11 a.m. Mass. Intentions can be placed in the

St. Stephen’s Parish Council will meet on Tuesday, Sept 8 at 7 p.m. in the

Parish Community Center. All are welcome.

The Back to Faith Formation information for parents will be sent out

digitally this year. There will be no in-person parent meeting. Watch

flocknote for the link to your student’s class information.

This year marks the 25th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks in New York City,

Pennsylvania and Washington, DC. St. Stephen’s will be holding a traditional

Vespers service on Thursday, Sept 10 at 6 p.m. Please join us for a quiet

service of prayer, Scripture, music and remembrance. All are welcome.

On Friday, Sept. 11, the daily Mass will honor those in our community who

lost their lives on that day in 2001. A light reception will follow.

The next Our Lady of Fatima Mass will take place on Sunday, Sept. 13 at 11

a.m. A Rosary procession will follow. Intentions may be placed in the box in

the Atrium.
